Our Sacramento Multi-Unit team is hard at work on our Gateway East mixed-use project in Sacramento, CA. This project includes the construction of 65 units with ground-floor residences, retail, and amenity spaces. Built with Type VA construction, the scope also includes 55 parking stalls, utility taps, and comprehensive site improvements, bringing another thoughtfully designed mixed-use community to life.
